I originally built this site for acupuncturist Nicholas Corrin in 2008 using standard XHTML and CSS code. In 2010 I re-coded it in WordPress. Because the design had been done,and because he was still happy with the design, it was quite simple to create a WordPress theme to mimic his old site.
Corrin is a prolific writer on natural medicine. You can read some very thoughtful essays on his site. WordPress is an ideal platform for him because he can write new pages and use the drag-and-drop menu editor to structure the menus on his site. That way you can easily find what you need in a site with a lot of pages.
